Very pleased with Vertical Grooves - glad that you decided to continue to produce and support the Gramovox Floating Vertical Turntable. My order arrived quickly, and support was also provided in a timely fashion - I'm happy to report that I'm 100% back up and playing vinyl!

The parts were a spot on match. My system is up and running like new. The missing star is for a delivery issue. I received an email questioning my address and suggesting a delivery point seven blocks from my house. After responding with my correct address another email arrived asking if I was sure I didn't want to change it. I submitted my addressfor a third time and eventually got the parts delivered. While I appreciate their concern for a correct delivery, one inquiry should have been sufficient.
